Dr Segman brings to CNOGA a legacy of revolutionary ideas, breakthrough technologies and success in several start-up companies. Prior to founding CNOGA, he founded Oplus Technologies Ltd., (www.oplus.com) serving as CEO and chief scientist where he was responsible for the development of unique 'system on chip' applications and solutions for flat screen panels for over 60 prestige customers such as Panasonic, JVC, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, Plus, BenQ, Barco, Optroma, Miranda and more. Dr. Segman was also responsible for raising funds from significant Japanese, US and Israeli investment houses such as DEFTA Partners (US-Japan-England), Mitsui Co., Sony founder’s family , Takanaka Corp., Shin Nihon Corp, Mitani Corp., Kokoyu Corp. and more.  Recently Oplus was acquired by Intel.

Dr. Segman holds a PhD Degree in Mathematics from the Israeli Institute of Technology and has guest lectured at Harvard University and Siegen University Germany. He is the author of fundamental papers and patents of signal processing, neural computation and brain modeling. Dr. Segman is the author of “Journey Into the Void,” a philosophical manifest published by Medicine Bear publication and e-published by www.booklocker.com.
