Thank you for your interest in CNoga’s TensorTip product Before processing your order, we want to make sure that you are ordering the CNoga fingertip product that will best meet your needs.

• TensorTip product is intended to be used as a personal product by a patient in the home setting. The display and finger placement are designed for the results to be read by the patient.
• 1-Year TensorTip product Warranty : The TensorTip product is warranted for Home Use Only. If these devices are used outdoor or by a professional in a hospital or clinical environment they will not be repaired or replaced during the warranty period.

In the event you are purchasing a TensorTip product for use as a patient or for tuition purposes, please continue with your order.

What does the warranty include?

CNoga Medical warrants the purchaser, for 1 year from the date of purchase, each TensorTip Model excluding the battery.

CNoga Medical will repair or replace any TensorTip product found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, for which CNoga Medical has been notified by the purchaser by serial number that there is a defect, provided notification occurs within the applicable warranty period. This warranty excludes cost of delivery to and from CNoga Medical. CNoga Medical reserves the right to charge a fee for a warranty repair request on any TensorTip product found to be within specifications. TensorTip product is a precision electronic instrument and must be repaired by CNoga Technical Service. Any sign or evidence of opening the TensorTip product, by non-CNoga Medical personnel, tampering, or any kind of misuse of the TensorTip product , shall void the warranty. The TensorTip product is warranted for Home use only and for the individual purchaser only. All non-warranty work will be done at CNoga’s standard rates and charges in effect at the time of delivery to CNoga Medical.
