Cnoga Medical is dedicated to supporting our customers well beyond the initial point of sale. Our technical service team provides support by Fax or email or, if service is needed, our certified service team will repair your device in a timely manner.

To ensure fast turnaround with minimum delay, our experienced technicians are experts in diagnosing and repairing Cnoga Medical devices to their fully functioning, original manufacturing specifications. When you send a product in for service, you can expect:

High quality repair

We maintain the highest quality standards as all repairs are performed by certified technicians using only factory authorized parts in our factory service center.

Industry-leading turnaround times

Our experts are among the best at diagnostic and repair work. Typical turnaround time for fingertip repairs is 1-2 days

Warranty/Non-warranty repairs

Warranty repairs are performed at no charge at Cnoga or at the local distributor labs to you. Non-warranty repairs are performed at a flat rate that includes parts and labor.

Expert troubleshooting

Our experienced technicians are trained and certified in the repair of our devices and can easily troubleshoot any issues that arise.
